The PROMEDE medical-legal roundtables aim to exchange views on topics of interest in the field of medical-health liability, the interpretation of which generates controversy among the various stakeholders. Based on the presentation of a real case, they aim to foster a free and relaxed discussion among the attendees (the true protagonists of the roundtable), leading to conclusions that help rationalize the problem at hand or, at least, allow each person to enrich their understanding with the opinions of others.
