First of all, I want to begin by expressing my gratitude to all of you who participated in the last Congress in one way or another: the organizers, sponsors, speakers, and, of course, all the attendees. Your dedication and passion for healthcare law are the driving force behind this congress and ensure its success year after year.

Once again, I am excited to share with you the celebration of XXXI National Congress of Health Law, that will take place this year On November 20 and 21, again at Novotel Madrid Center, under the motto "Europe, a legal framework for 21st-century health."

We will address a key consideration: health protection has transcended the national level and is essential to analyze it from a European perspective. In an increasingly interconnected world, it is essential to consider supranational regulatory frameworks and their impact on ensuring equitable and effective access to health.

Since its inception, our congress has been a key meeting point for health professionals, legal experts, academics, and policymakers. Here we have debated and analyzed the most pressing challenges, necessary reforms, and best practices at the intersection of law and public health. This year will be no exception.

Throughout this conference, we will have the opportunity to debate and share knowledge with experts from different disciplines, strengthening the dialogue between legal and healthcare professionals. I am confident that this edition will allow us to advance in building a more robust legal framework aligned with the idea of "more Europe," enabling us to adequately respond to the new problems we face. It will also allow us to advance in building a more robust and effective legal system to guarantee the well-being of citizens in the 21st century.

I'm sure that the XXXI National Congress of Health LawIt will be an enriching and memorable experience for everyone. Together, we will continue working for solutions and debate on health law and fair and effective health legislation that responds to the needs of our society and protects the right to health of all citizens.
